For our Zurich office we are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience in the administration and setup of client structures.

Description:
‍

Takeover of an existing complex client portfolio
Preparation of agreements, organisational charts, deeds, presentations and review of the same
Review and approval of financial statements
Creating and maintaining files
Work independently on day-to-day mandate administration (e.g. drafting of minutes/resolutions, review of bank and portfolio statements, monitoring of payment and execution of the same, liaise with internal & external accountants, auditors, etc)
Direct and regular contact with the clients, their advisors and/or family offices

Skills/Requirements:
‍‍

Previous experience in the trust and fiduciary industry
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
Good knowledge of AML regulations
Good MS office skills required. Knowledge of Viewpoint would be an advantage
Fluent in Spanish and English, any other language such as German and Italian would be an additional asset
Hands on mentality
