Senior Relationship Manager‍
‍Zurich

We are an expanding, independent and privately owned multi-jurisdictional fiduciary group(www.alpadis.com) and for our Zurich office we are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience in the administration and setup of client structures.

Description:
‍

Takeover of an existing complex client portfolio
Advise/coordinate existing and new clients in cross border legal, financial andsuccession planning issues, with the help of internal and external specialists
Direct and regular contact with the clients, their advisors and/or family offices
Creating and maintaining files
Periodical reviews and monitoring and analysis of regulatory initiatives affecting thestructures
Profound knowledge of AML regulations
Preparation of agreements, manuals, organisational charts, deeds, presentations andreview of the same
Review and approval of financial statements
Work with supporting staff on day-to-day mandate administration (e.g. drafting ofminutes/resolutions, review of bank and portfolio statements, monitoring of paymentexecutions and execution of the same, liaise with internal & external accountants,auditors, etc)
Participation in various in-house projects

Requirements:
‍‍

Extensive experience in the trust and fiduciary industry
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
Responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the company
Good MS office skills required
Fluent in English and strong communication skills in German; any other language will bebeneficial
