Karen Leung established Alpadis Group's Hong Kong office in 2013 and serves as Managing Director of Alpadis Group in Hong Kong, where she manages the daily operations and administration of trustee and corporate services. Her responsibilities include company formation, company / trust structuring, accounting, HR and tax matters, management of secretarial duties in various jurisdictions.
Karen draws from over 20 years of experience working with well-known multinational companies in corporate services, group management, and administration. She holds a degree in Business Administration Professional Diploma in Company Law, Corporate Administration, Certified Trust Practitioner Training Certificate and a full member of Hong Kong Management Association. Karen is a Hong Kong national and speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Karen enjoys leading, mentoring, and producing results with her team. Outside of work, she likes to unwind on the golf course and always makes time to travel a few times a year.
Polly provides trust services, including trust structuring and related taxation, as well as trust administration and management. Polly brings over 25 years of experience in trust and related international taxation advisory services, Hong Kong/PRC cross-border asset holding structure advisory services.
Prior to joining Alpadis Group, Polly worked at the biggest Big 4 CPA firm and a renowned global private bank providing wealth planning and trust services. Polly is a qualified CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in social science.
Born in Malaysia with permanent residency in Hong Kong, she speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
