Martial leads the corporate services team in Tokyo whose responsibilities include company formation, accounting, human resources, tax, corporate secretarial services, and liaison with financial and government institutions.
Martial is a French citizen and has lived in Japan for 30 years. He speaks English, Japanese and French, and has an MBA from EMLyon Business School.
Yumiko Nakano is the Senior Accountant and Team Leader at Alpadis Group’s Japan office, where she has been working since its opening in 2022. She oversees accounting, payroll, and tax return services for a diverse portfolio of international clients, leveraging her expertise in navigating the complexities of foreign-affiliated firms operating in Japan. In her role, Yumiko supervises new project setups and leads the local team to ensure optimal results and seamless service delivery.
Before joining Alpadis Group, Yumiko honed her skills at one of Japan’s leading audit firms, where she gained significant experience in financial services. A graduate of Nagoya University, she also spent several years in the United States and is a certified US CPA.
A Japanese national fluent in both Japanese and English, Yumiko brings a global perspective to her work, which enables her to cater to the needs of international clients effectively.
